One anomoly in the Premier Division. Kidderminster Harriers
concluded the season as league champions for the 2nd successive year.
Once
again they refused promotion to the Midland Combination League as a
result
of which they were relegated to Division One South. Bridgnorth
Spartans
were promoted in their stead.
